Osman, the founder, didn’t start at the top. He started as a laborer, picking up trash, cleaning job sites, and learning the trade from the bottom. Day by day, he worked his way up — taking on more responsibility, learning every detail of the job, and proving himself through hard work.

Eventually, he moved into installing shingles. It wasn’t easy — many people didn’t want to hand him the nail gun or give him the opportunity. But he stayed patient, kept showing up, and earned his place through consistency and skill.

Over time, Osman became a foreman, leading crews and managing full roofing projects for years. But he knew his growth didn’t stop there. He had already surpassed that level — not just in skill, but in leadership and vision.

He built his own crew and began subcontracting for some of the top roofing companies in the area. Working on countless homes, he gained not only experience, but a deeper understanding of what homeowners truly needed.

That’s when he made the decision to go on his own.
